Join Inishowen Rivers Trust in collaboration with Green Sod Ireland on 10th May for two events.
Event 1. Peatland Restoration Volunteer Day at Meenletterbale, Moville.
We will be installing wooden dams to block the existing drains on the peatland and reprofiling a small peat hag by hand. The work is likely to be wet and muddy so bring your wellies, gloves and waterproof clothing. We would also recommend bringing your sunscreen and water.
