Thank you to everyone who came out to the two excellent biodiversity events yesterday in south Inishowen.

The day started with the ever entertaining Aengus Kennedy at Farland Hide, Inch Wildfowl Reserves for a talk and walk on the birds of Inch. Books, bird specimens ( both live and stuffed! ) and plenty of conversation and fascinating insights from Aengus.
This was the last of our Green Guardians events and a wonderful way to close what has been a great summer of learning more about our local wildlife. We are hugely grateful if everyone who turned out for the events and to the Heritage Council for supporting this wonderful initiative.

We hope to continue our work supporting Green and River Guardians next year so please keep in touch and keep the ‘bins’ handy!
Kindly funded by the Heritage Council
