Another brilliant Heritage Week event took place at Trawbregga Bay with Aengus Kennedy of Naturenorthwest.
We began with a fascinating talk on biodiversity and nature-based solutions before heading out to the shoreline and sand dunes. There, we explored the bay and discovered more about the many animals that make this unique place their home.
Best of all, it was a chance to reconnect with familiar faces and to welcome new ones. Gatherings like this highlight just how special Inishowen is and why it matters so much to celebrate and protect the nature around us.
